Who We Are
Pambula Preschool is a community-based two-unit preschool operating in the glorious bushland on the outskirts of the village of Pambula, on the beautiful Sapphire Coast of New South Wales. We welcome enquiries and a visit from new families.
Play-Based Learning at Pambula Preschool
Our Philosophy
Pambula Preschool provides a unique experience which allows children to flourish through play-based programs with a focus on the natural environment. Families are encouraged to engage in all aspects of the preschool through open communication, and staff are supported to deliver quality teaching experiences by creating their programs based on the children’s interests and voices, current research, and theories.
Acknowledgment of country
We at Pambula Preschool would like to say thank you to the Thaua people of the Yuin nation for letting us share the land. We promise to look after it, the animals, the plants, the waters, and the people too.

Where We Are
Pambula Preschool is situated on the peaceful outskirts of the charming village of Pambula, along the scenic route leading to Pambula Beach. Nestled within a beautiful natural bush setting, the preschool offers a tranquil environment that celebrates the region’s natural beauty. Surrounded by native flora and fauna, the school provides children with an inspiring outdoor environment to explore, play, and learn. The spacious grounds encourage an appreciation of nature, fostering curiosity and creativity as children connect with the world around them. This unique setting makes Pambula Preschool a special place for early childhood education, where children can grow in harmony with the surrounding bushland and beachside landscapes.
